DELIVERY POLICY

Shilena Trading Joint Stock Company currently applies the following delivery methods:

1. Pick-up at the company

Customers can come and buy directly at Shilena Cosmetics Company at 133 Bui Vien, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Customers carefully check the product and compare it with the delivery note before receiving the goods.
2. Home delivery

Free shipping for all orders with addresses in Ho Chi Minh City, delivery time within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.
The delivery department will contact the customer to arrange a specific time and place for delivery.
Customers please check the goods directly upon receipt, if there are any problems related to the type, quality, quantity of goods not as in the order, please contact the company directly so that we can coordinate with the delivery staff to resolve promptly.
Customers pay the delivery staff the full value of the purchased goods.
3. Delivery by courier or post office

For customers outside Ho Chi Minh City or in remote provinces, the Company will send goods via the post office.
Customers please check the goods directly upon receipt from the delivery person, if there are any problems related to the type, quality, quantity of goods not as in the order, customers need to contact the number 090 299 5677 immediately inform the company to coordinate with the post office or express delivery unit to handle.
When ordering, customers please fill in all necessary information completely and accurately as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly.
Delivery time depends on the delivery time of the post office or express delivery unit and depends on the delivery address provided by the customer.
